 Please be aware that under the Road Vehicles (Registration & Licensing) Regulations 1971

IT IS AN OFFENCE to mis-space or mis-represent vehicle registration marks on number plates in any way.
Letters and figures must be correctly formed and spaced.
OFFENDERS are liable to a maximum fine of £1000 if convicted.
Also, the Department can take away the rights to your registration mark and you will not be entitled to any reimbursement of the monies or any other costs incurred in the purchase of the registration mark.
Vehicles with illegally displayed number plates may now fail the MOT test.
